I ordered a bible for my child's first Communion and paid extra to have it delivered before or on the 15th May. Her Communion was today, 18th and it never arrived ! Really annoyed about this service. If you want a special gift to arrive on time then choose another seller !

Dissapointed
The print is extremely small and the ink is light. It will be difficult to read. I have learned that this company only provides covers and inscriptions. The interior content is provided by others. As the book was personalized, I have no recourse.

The font within the Bible received is a standard font which is used widely with most Bibles, this is due to the vast amount of content in one place therefore the font does have to be that size, if this was larger it would go over too many pages and risk not all fitting in or the spine breaking.
A member of the team has contacted you today in regards to this to discuss this further and requested some images of what you have received to look into this with production.

Great Product + Service, minor issues
Thanks so much for sending my sweet personalised book! I received it in good time and it is beautiful! My only issues is the book is smaller than I expected, the gift box it comes in isn't the same size as the book and the packaging used was not sufficient for the book coming from the UK to Australia. The gift box was slightly damaged in transit. It looks like it has been dropped. I'm still very happy with the book I bought as a Christening gift. Thank you!
