Mum loved this product, Snow White is her favourite.
Book itself is great but is only suitable for white little boys which seems unfair. all well and good personalising the name but if your child is of a different race or gender to the illustration, the book is pointless. Feels like this needs to be made clearer on the website.
Customer services not very understanding and slow at responding.

I ordered a newspaper for my Dad’s 80th…
I ordered a newspaper for my Dad’s 80th birthday - he was born on 7th January 1940.
When he opened the paper it was 8th January and also a Glasgow Herald which would be great for someone who lived in this area but not for someone who doesn’t.
I emailed the day after his birthday 8th January to enquire why this was and apart from an automatic reply to say I would be contacted, have heard nothing. Needless to say I am disappointed with the customer service I have received.

Book did not arrive when was advised of…
Book did not arrive when was advised of delivery timeframe. I sent email asking which courier would be delivering as was sent tracking number that did not link to any courier service or say who it would be to track! Response came 2 weeks later after book was delivered apologising for late response but she stated that it was fine because the book had been delivered!!! Shocking service, will not use the company again.

Well worth buying
The book was larger than I was led to believe. I thought I ordered A4 but it was slightly smaller than A3. It could have been my mistake. It was my understanding that it was going to contain reports about my team (Plymouth Argyle). What I found was there was also reports of different games that took place on the same day. It also included reports on rugby and cricket. They scanned the full page. I was disappointed at first, however, after reading part of the book I'm finding it very interesting. If you are a football fan and like reading other reports, then you will enjoy this book.

Have not received book yet
Have not received book yet. Original purchase said book would be dispatched 1/13 and delivery 1/15-1/17 . I called and questioned the time frame because I was willing to pay to expedite . They assured the dispatch date is not right because of their software but the shipping is correct. Still do not have it on 1/20 and will not have it in time for my Mom. They answer the phone in the UK with a NY number so ship from location is deceiving. They ship USPS partner which is slower and tracking is horrible. I had to call for tracking number, they do not update you. Customer Service is only open 8-noon ET. Really upset about this
