Really first class service, I had the book delivered 48 hours after my order. I did pay for next day delivery but it wasn’t expensive.

Not impressed with customer service
I raised an issue with the company but they have not responded. Basically I asked for an invoice for the TWO books I ordered (at a cost of over ÂŁ60). I wanted to check costs as on the website the nice gift box is advertised as being free but when I purchased my books I was charged ÂŁ5 per gift box. Also postage advertised at just over ÂŁ3 but I'm sure I was charged more than this (per book)! I look forward to perhaps getting a response/explanation now.

As requested, copies of your email confirmations have been forwarded in separate emails, if you have any queries please get back to us?
Our web sessions are usually recorded therefore we have viewed your session and can confirm that on both orders you were advised of the additional cost of ÂŁ5.00 for the gift box and standard postage costs which is clearly advertised on the website. What you are referring to with regards to a free gift box and reduced postage is our trade website however you have ordered via our retail site, these are two completely different websites.
