Birthdays, though they come around once a year, get better with age. But, finding the perfect gift for individuals who’ve lived and seen it all becomes more of a challenge as they get older. That’s where the Washington Post birthday book comes in. The book is created from their birthday date which then dictates the content of the book itself. So, for example, if the individual’s birth date was September 18th, 1957, this will be the first front page in the book. After that, it’ll be September 18th, 1958, then ‘59, then ‘60 and so on, all the way through to their latest birthday.
As you can probably tell, the thickness of the book depends on the age of the person you’re buying for, which is why the personalized Washington Post book is specially made for mature readers. The older the recipient, the thicker the book, meaning more memories. There are special blank pages intertwined throughout the book for the reader to fill in, and the individual’s name is featured on the opening page along with a special message. There’s even the option to emboss the cover of the book or, opt for the deluxe edition to receive a complete newspaper as well as the individual headlines from the recipient’s date of birth.
How to Personalize the Washington Post Birthday Book
For a truly meaningful gift, personalize this book with any name and a message on the certificate label in the book’s dedication page. You can also gold emboss the recipient’s name on the book’s front cover. Select the gift box add-on to protect your book as time goes by.
Further Information
This Washington Post birthday book measures 12 ½ x 15 inches.
Please note: The book will only include this year’s birthday page if it is ordered 60 days after the selected date has passed. There will be occasions (very rarely) when a front page for your exact date isn’t available. For example, no newspapers are printed on Christmas Day, Good Friday and during strikes, in which case a front page from the day after will be used.
When entering your personalization, please note that accents, emojis and other symbols can’t be used as our system doesn’t support these. Make sure to double check your spelling!
