I really like the book and hopefully my grandson will too. Hi (Christmas present). The reason for 3 stars is my concern about the spine of the book. I feel it is not robust enough especially when little hands get on it. I hope I’m wrong!

I ordered this book as a gift for my grandson’s 5 birthday and had it shipped directly to his home in another state. It never arrived. When I contacted customer support, I received an email from someone in the United Kingdom with a screen shot of a tracking notice that did not list the address and a note stating that it was delivered. I contacted USPS and the item was supposedly delivered to another address. I’ve called and sent subsistent emails and I have not received a response. I’m out the cost of the often, shipping and gift wrapping for a gift that my grandson won’t receive. Buyer beware - if you do order something DON’T have it delivered to somewhere other than you. Otherwise you are out of luck because it isn’t sent insured or special requesting a signature in delivery. I’m very disappointed that I didn’t even receive a response.

Dinosaur book review

I bought 2 books for my grandchildren…
I bought 2 books for my grandchildren which I am delighted with. I love the personalisation of them. I knew they were going to be personalised but not to the extent that they were with their names on every page. The quality of the books is great as well. Each page is a lovely quality and hopefully childproof!! I received them very quickly in the post as well. I had both of them within 10 days and that included Easter and a weekend. Many thanks

Nice product but too late
The product is nice but the book arrived several days after the last delivery date it was supposed to (and without an apology or warning), so I missed occasion, despite having ordered it in plenty of time.

Great book for a football fanatic!!
I love this book I've bought for my husband's 60th later this year who is Newcastle United mad!!!! My only criticism would be that when I placed my order and wrote what I wanted printed I tried to place it so it would be central, but, when it came one of the lines wasn't, thankfully it still looks ok but as a company I thought you would of automatically centralised the printing especially for the price! I bought the most expensive one saying as it's for a special birthday. Good quick service and well packaged though.
