Only had a quick look but am sure my 4yr old will love it as he is in the story
Ordered hard backed version. Pleased with content of book . Like the way child's name is included in illustrations as well as text. Very pleased with the way child's photo presented as the end of the book....definitely worth including as makes book special. Paper could be a bit better quality but very pleased overall. Thank you.

The book was amazing (history of Leeds FC, brilliant. Unfortunately was due to arrive 7-13 and didn’t arrive until two days later. I had actually rung them to ask if could arrive by 11th. They were apologetic and refunded postage. Good gesture but present didn’t arrive for birthday.

I purchased a personalised Winnie the Pooh book for a christening
I purchased a personalised Winnie the Pooh book for my grandson’s christening. Having only a week until the event I paid £6.99 for priority delivery. They gave a due date of 7-8th January, which was 2-3 days in advance of when I needed the book. However, after waiting in both days, the book didn’t arrive. On 8th January I emailed to ask when I was likely to receive the book, to date I haven’t received any reply (it’s now 10 days later). The book eventually arrived 10th January (having been posted on 9th) but I didn’t receive it as we had already left to travel for the christening. I emailed again asking if I could have a refund of the priority delivery charge since the book hadn’t even been posted until after the stated arrival date. I received no reply. Whilst the product is ok the service has fallen well below expected standards and I was left embarrassed with no gift for such a special event.

The making of a good company is how they handle customers when things go wrong.Had there been ANY quality control before orders are dispatched my problem would have been spotted.
Such a shame customer goodwill is not something this company offers.
