Got this for a 1st Birthday and the mum thought it was lovely, especially as the child had a very unusual name, it's nice to have that printed on a object. Very good quality for the price and the story is good.

I bought this book for my nephews 2nd birthday. Although he is too young to read it himself! He will enjoy having it read to him and hearing his name throughout the story. When he gets older and learns to read it will exciting all over again to be able to read his own name in a book. This is a unique gift that will be special for years. The quality of the book is fantastic and the story is a lovely adventure. A quick and easy service, will definitely use this company again.

Very arrogant on the phone when calling to ask about the item. And email reply wasn't any better.
Save your money and either build a bear on the website or go elsewhere like etsy or not on the highstreet.

The book itself is absolutely beautiful…
The book itself is absolutely beautiful and wonderfully illustrated. I couldn’t upload a photo onto the website, it kept sticking, so I ordered the book on a bank holiday Friday evening and it was confirmed at 2000h same night.
I e mailed in the book with a photo attached the following morning Saturday at 0730h and asked if anything could possibly be done to attach it. I received a reply that it was too late, already in production, nothing could be done. In 12hrs ? I was really disappointed - I wish I had contacted CS before placing my original order.
Also I assumed Alice would somehow be woven into the stories as advertised “in the books” other stories but The Ultimate Princess Collection does not offer this. Your child’s name appears on the top of each page but they are actually not IN the stories.
If I ordered again I would be much more aware of what is actually on offer.
In The Book does not mean IN every story, so read carefully before ordering as I’m sad to say I didn’t do.

Once a customer has confirmed their order, it is not always possible to add/amend personalisation, as our Production Team are currently working 24 hours a day to keep up with the demand on orders and a photo does have to be uploaded at the time of ordering. In regards to the Child’s name throughout the book, unfortunately this is not possible with every book that we sell, however we do make it clear within the product information. However, Some of the early pages were unreadable even with glasses and a magnifying glass in use. Some of the pages of the 1960s were unreadable as well, and one was even shown to be torn and disheveled as if lifted from a dustbin.
