Order not received
Order not received, so chased up the day after it should have been delivered. Got a reply 3 days later saying "due to a technical issue, your order failed to make our internal system for processing". Customer service team offered to urgently print the book but couldn't say how long this would take or how quick the delivery would be. Totally missed the birthday.

This is the most beautiful book for princesses everywhere. 100% recommend . High quality and they (Laura) emailed to say it would be late but it still arrived in what I thought was great time scale. They keep you up to date totally hassle free. Normally buy grandchildren’s books from wonderbly but I will now be changing to this site, over the moon only mistake I made was I should have got it sent straight to Australia for grandaughter but been first order wanted to see book for myself - perfect in every page will be ordering more very soon for Xmas
