Storybooks have the power to transport your child to fantastical places, and a gift like this takes time when it’s specially made for your child. This means the time to make, personalize and bind the book by hand is factored into the delivery time.

Depending on the product you select, the lead times will vary. Simply click on the delivery tab of the product you wish to order for the exact lead times.
As well as delivery, please keep in mind the time it takes to make and produce the book. All our books are made to order to ensure every part of your gift is outstanding quality.
Orders received before 11am, ordered on the day, are considered a full day of production. Orders received after 11am will then begin production the following day and be considered the first working day of production.
Some items require more time, from hand-bound covers to foil embossed covers. Please keep this in mind when ordering multiple items as some items may be dispatched and delivered separately. Unlike other companies, there are no additional charges involved in this.
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes if you select delivery via our courier service. This applies to all US and international urgent deliveries.
Delivery Terms and Details
When you have completed your purchase, Signature Gifts Limited (trading as In The Book), will dispatch your chosen products to the specified address given when the order was placed and invoiced to. You are permitted to choose a delivery address that is different from the address on your invoice. If you’re buying a gift, you can have the order sent straight to the recipient.
If you intend to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. Unless your order has been canceled prior to delivery, you are the owner of the product once it has been dispatched and delivered. After the product has been delivered into your care, the product is held in your possession at your own risk. Signature Gifts Limited will not be held accountable for damage, loss or destruction to said product/s bar the exception the product/s presents an inherent defect.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not receive Products ordered by you within 28 days of the date on which you ordered them, Signature Gifts shall have no liability to you unless you notify Signature Gifts by email at [email protected] of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the Products.
Our working hours are Monday to Friday only. We do not extend our working hours to weekends or public holidays and therefore do not count these days in the delivery and production timescales quoted. Any orders placed before 11am begin production on that same day. Orders received after 11am begin production on the following day at the earliest convenience. Orders placed on Friday after 11am or over the weekend period will begin production at the earliest convenience on Monday.
