Personalise the book with your child’s name of up to 12 characters on the cover, as well as a dedication on each page. Include a special message of up to 80 characters over 2 lines on the title page for an extra special touch.

Don’t include the ‘s after the name, as this is printed as standard. Only enter the name you wish to be printed on the book. Check your personalisation: accents and other symbols cannot be used unless otherwise stated.
The entire gift box measures 25 x 33 x 11cm (L x W x D). The book measures 20 x 20cm (L x W) and the toy measures 9 x 6 x 12cm (L x W x D). Please be advised you will receive one of the plush, attachable pram/ cot toy trains. The handle of the plush toy is retractable, and the toy will vibrate like a real-life train when pulled and released.
Great product but shocking customer service. Ordered newspaper and puzzle book at the beginning of the month. Straight after ordering I noticed a mistake with the wording on the certificate. No option to amend order, as it was out of hours so I used their contact form to ask for the issue to be sorted prior to dispatch. Product arrived 4 days later and the issue had not been fixed. A whole 12 days after I initially got in contact I received an email stating that since my order has been dispatched they could not rectify it. If I was asking for a whole replacement order then fair enough but I was only asking for the wording to be changed on the A5 certificate. I was going to order some other products however with the poor customer service I've received I'll look elsewhere.
