By choosing multiple important dates from the individual’s life, the book captures the moments that coincide with major headlines in history. We’re always curious to know what else was happening in the world whilst making precious memories of our own and the book of your life is a gateway into nostalgia.
The unique newspaper book itself is bound inside a leatherette cover and features any name and message printed on the certificate on the title page. You can even choose to have the individual’s name embossed on the cover. Keep in mind the thickness of the book will depend on the number of dates you choose. As you will receive entire newspapers for each date, the more newspapers you choose will mean more unique content surrounding the individual’s life and the dates you choose. The result is a step back in time to some of their most memorable life events.
How to Personalise the Book of Your Life
The book can be personalised on the certificate label on the title page, with the recipient’s name up to 22 characters and a message up to 150 characters over 5 lines. Your chosen newspapers will be printed in date order, with the earliest date appearing first, and the most recent as the last paper within your book. The earliest newspaper date you have selected will also be ‘Gold Embossed’ under the name of the recipient, should you choose the embossing option for the cover of your book.

Please Note: Where five or more newspapers are ordered, we may have to bind the newspapers in two or more books. There will be occasions (very rarely) when a front page for your exact date isn’t available. For example, no newspapers are printed on Christmas Day, Good Friday and during strikes, in which case a front page from the day after will be used.
The content of the book is reproduced from the Daily Mirror, and are tabloid-sized, measuring a remarkable 38 x 31cm. IMPORTANT: On March 26th, 1955 through to April 20th, 1955, the Mirror was on strike. As such, if your chosen date falls during this strike period, we will be unable to supply a book for this time period.
