I have not received the book I ordered…
I have not received the book I ordered from you. It was easy to contact you by email & you replied the next day. Also it was easy to reach you by phone. I tried to make one small change of the birthdate & I was advised it was too late as the book had already been sent to the production department. It seems odd to ask for a review of a book I have, as yet, not even received. Since you asked a 2nd time I can only give you a “C,” so far. The grade could go up or down depending on the quality of the book.

Disney - The Ultimate Princess Collection
I had previously ordered the disney princess book from a different website and was disappointed with the results. The text I had requested had only been half printed and the photo I sent hadn't been cropped or zoomed into the frame correctly so didn't provide a good finish. For the price and as a keepsake for my Daughter's 1st Birthday I was not happy. However, I reordered with in the book and was able to adjust the photo myself to ensure it fitted the frame and the personalisation was spot on! I wish I'd have gone directly to them initially!

Great book with my child's name throughout he loved it. This book was bang on for the age range for the book. As my child is able to read or sound out most of himself
