Unacceptable delivery length especially for paid delivery
I purchased 2 baby books on 05/07/2021 and paid £4.99 for the delivery. The delivery suppose to arrive between 7 and 9 of July, 2021. I bought these books for my pregnant wife birthday on the 13/07/2021. I received the item on 22/07/2021 which already way passed my wife birthday. My worst online shopping experience ever!
