You can personalise your certificate of authenticity by adding your recipient’s name, up to 22 characters over one line, the occasion of up to 22 characters over one line, and a message of up to 150 characters over 5 lines, with 30 characters per line.

I ordered a book for my son 30th…
I ordered a book for my son 30th birthday I paid for special delivery.....
When the book arrived it was for a lady called Ray on her 70th birthday
I was really disappointed ☹️ but human error I can accept,
I then spoke to customer service Sandra who was really on the phone !!!
I received email Friday to say book was on it way with urgent delivery
However one week later we still done have the book !!!!!!
I won’t be recommending this company

A replacement was requested for you on the 19th January, however as the Birthday Edition Book is bespoke and made to order, it does take time to remake the order. Your replacement was dispatched on Friday. on a next working day courier service and has now been successfully delivered. Due to the error, your full delivery charge has been refunded to you.
