High quality production. Beautiful printing and sturdy binding. Incorporation of Grandson’s name into text is awesome. Nice printing of his name on cover, too! Reproduction of uploaded picture very well done. Love this product. I’ll buy more.

Unfortunately I ordered 2 books and only one arrived it was in a sorry state gutted as I ordered them as Christmas gifts but once I contacted the company they gave me a full refund so their customer service is spot on may consider re ordering in the future just unfortunate about my order on this occasion

Book received, and looks really good, some pages are a bit mis printed but I guess that's due to the newspaper it being copied, lovely present and I hope my husbands likes this as its for his 65th birthday. Only disappointed was I believed that the name would be printed on the front but it was not, however it was explained to me by return email (quick customer service)m that I needed to add the embossed in gold bit (£5 extra) which I would have been happy to pay, but this was not made clear when completing the form, so be aware it dosen't make it clear this is for the "Name" to be added.

Ordered and paid for next day delivery
Ordered and paid for next day delivery. The book has failed to turn up and now its at the weekend there is no point of contact.
You get a tracking reference but have tried on DPD, Royal Mail etc and not recognised. Feel let down and want a full refund!

Was a really bad experience
Was a really bad experience, will not be using again. Ordered 4 books, received the wrong order, I emailed “customer service” numerous times which was lacking in any help! I had paid for the 48 hr service an finally got my books after 16 days! A total disgrace and really unsatisfactory for their customer base!
