It tells the story of the child going to a build a bear store and choosing a bear, stuffing it dressing it etc. All pretty pointless without the bear, so a complete waste of money. I even looked at buying the bear ready made, but the story then doesn't make sense. Not worth the money and an expensive mistake.

Not impressed with customer service
I raised an issue with the company but they have not responded. Basically I asked for an invoice for the TWO books I ordered (at a cost of over £60). I wanted to check costs as on the website the nice gift box is advertised as being free but when I purchased my books I was charged £5 per gift box. Also postage advertised at just over £3 but I'm sure I was charged more than this (per book)! I look forward to perhaps getting a response/explanation now.

We can see that an email was sent on Friday which we do apologise for the delay in responding, our responses usually take longer from the weekend due to high volumes. As requested, copies of your email confirmations have been forwarded in separate emails, if you have any queries please get back to us?
Our web sessions are usually recorded therefore we have viewed your session and can confirm that on both orders you were advised of the additional cost of £5.00 for the gift box and standard postage costs which is clearly advertised on the website. What you are referring to with regards to a free gift box and reduced postage is our trade website however you have ordered via our retail site, these are two completely different websites.
